From Australia to the UK - our first South St project lands in London.

This project saw us deliver a high-quality commercial interior on South Street, London, working closely with the client team to translate a clear design intent into a refined, well-executed space.
Acting as Principal Contractor, we managed the full fit-out process from pre-construction through to handover, coordinating trades, programme and logistics within a tight urban environment. The project required a considered approach to sequencing and site management, with restricted access and neighbouring businesses demanding minimal disruption throughout the works.
A key element of the scheme was the bespoke joinery and interior detailing, which we manufactured in-house. This allowed us to maintain a high level of quality control, ensure accuracy against the design intent, and respond quickly to on-site coordination requirements. Materials, finishes and detailing were carefully executed to create a clean, contemporary space that feels both functional and considered.
The completed project reflects our collaborative approach and attention to detail, delivering a polished interior that meets both the practical and aesthetic requirements of the brief. South Street is a strong example of our ability to deliver well-crafted commercial spaces in central London, balancing programme, quality and design integrity from start to finish.
