The Covent Garden flagship refurbishment for Neal’s Yard Remedies was delivered in collaboration with Etch Creative, who led the concept design and reimagined the space as a contemporary wellbeing sanctuary in the heart of London.

Appointed as Principal Contractor, Bobblehat took full responsibility for the commercial fit-out, managing contractor coordination, procurement, programme control and on-site delivery. Operating within a high-footfall central London location required disciplined logistics planning, clear stakeholder communication and tight sequencing to minimise disruption while maintaining programme certainty.

The project included bespoke joinery, feature displays and carefully detailed finishes, all delivered with a strong focus on quality, consistency and alignment with the brand’s heritage. Through structured management and proactive coordination across trades, the store was handed over smoothly and to a high standard.
