Each location has played a role in strengthening the brand’s presence within premium retail destinations, while maintaining a consistent and recognisable identity across the estate.

A standout project within this rollout was the delivery of Kick Game’s Covent Garden store, where the objective was to create an immersive and memorable retail environment that reflected the brand’s bold personality and celebrated sneaker culture. From the outset, we worked collaboratively with the Kick Game team to develop a design that balanced strong visual impact with functionality, ensuring the space could support high product volumes, frequent launches and evolving in-store experiences.

Delivering stores across multiple cities and territories presented a range of challenges, from tight programmes and complex logistics to varying landlord requirements and existing architectural constraints. Our team managed the process end-to-end, providing technical design, detailed construction information, project management and on-site delivery, while coordinating closely with landlords, consultants and local teams to ensure smooth execution.

Across all locations, careful attention was given to layout, lighting and bespoke joinery to create flexible, high-impact displays that place product at the forefront. Robust materials and adaptable fixtures allow stores to evolve alongside the brand, while maintaining consistency in look, feel and customer experience.
