Flabelus

When Spanish fashion brand Flabelus appointed us to support their first UK retail rollout, the objective was ambitious. We were tasked with delivering three London stores, all opening within a single, tightly programmed month, while ensuring consistency of brand expression across multiple sites.

Working closely with the Flabelus team, we translated the brand’s established retail concept into three physical environments across key London locations. Our focus was on ensuring the concept was delivered accurately and consistently, while responding sensitively to the architectural conditions and practical constraints of each unit.

Across all three stores, we coordinated the technical design and on-site delivery to achieve a cohesive look and feel, incorporating bold graphics, expressive colour, and flexible display elements that support both seasonal collections and evolving visual merchandising. Each space was carefully planned to optimise customer flow, product visibility and overall retail functionality.

Delivering three stores within such a compressed timeframe required meticulous planning and coordination. We managed site surveys, technical detailing, bespoke joinery, graphics, lighting and decoration across all locations, working in parallel with multiple landlords and delivery partners to maintain programme and quality across the rollout.

The result is a strong and recognisable retail presence for Flabelus in London. By delivering all three stores within one month, we supported a confident market entry and provided a solid platform for the brand’s continued expansion in the UK market.
